Jake Malek

Hey there!  I’m Jake. I was born in Wakefield, RI and grew up in southeastern Connecticut. Since I was a kid, I’ve loved to work. With a mom in real estate and a dad in construction, I’ve pretty much always been surrounded by the industry. I’ve worked in construction since my teenage years, from framing houses to landscaping, site work, and six years of commercial construction. I’ve genuinely enjoyed every part of it.

After my wife and I got married, we bought our first fixer-upper. Over the next three years, we slowly renovated the entire home ourselves. In 2020, we sold that first project, and since then we’ve bought and renovated multiple properties. We discovered a real passion not just for restoring old homes in our community, but for helping others reach their real estate goals, too.

Today, we live aboard a 1986 Chris Craft Catalina, currently docked in Noank, CT. We spend our summers on our floating home and rent out our personal house to travelers visiting New England. Real estate has given us the flexibility to build a life we love, and we’re always on the lookout for the next project.

Real estate isn’t just our career, it’s genuinely our passion. We live it every day and actively invest ourselves, so the advice we give isn’t from the sidelines. We put our own money where our mouth is.
