Hello! I grew up in the beautiful small town of Narragansett, RI with my older brother and 2 younger sisters. In 1994 I married my childhood sweetheart, Jody. Right out of high school I became a hairdresser, and shortly after I entered the restaurant business and worked in catering for 14 years. We began raising our 3 sons together when we bought our first little cape in Voluntown, CT. I knew that in raising a family I would need more of a flexible schedule, and so I decided to get my real estate licenses in CT & RI in 2003 when my sons, Jake, Josh & Luke were only of the ages 7, 5 & 3. To say I had my hands full with 3 little boys and juggling a full-time job was an understatement! My first year in real estate I sold my little cape in Voluntown that our family outgrew, and we settled our family in Ledyard CT where we have loved being ever since.

I knew that a career in Real Estate would provide me not just a flexible schedule that allowed me to be there for my family, but also give me the opportunity to interact & work with the public, which I have always loved. I've always supported small local businesses, where everyone knows each other by name. I always had the goal in my career to start my own brokerage by the time my kids were grown and on their own. Let’s face it, being a mom is a full-time job in itself! So, in 2019 when my husband and I became “empty nesters” I was able to start this next chapter in our lives ...and with incredible support from family, friends, and all of my past clients- I couldn’t have done it without you!
I will always give 110% for my clients to make sure that every person receives the exact same dedication and focus that I would want to get. I’ve worked hard to live by a higher set of standards where our working relationships are built on trust and friendships. At the end of the day, it's about building life long memories with people, gaining their trust along the way, and doing what's best for my clients.

Hi there! So about me…let’s see…I was born in California, moved across the country to New York where I grew up for most of my childhood. And for the past 18 years, I’ve settled in quite nicely in Westerly R.I. I’ve learned from first hand experience both the draw and benefits to living in a small town coastal community and all it has to offer; not just in the summer but year-round.

I joined the Real Estate profession as my two daughters approached their middle school years and quickly learned how much I enjoy being well-connected and actively involved in our community. I love making personal connections, it drives my client dedication even more.

Hello hello! Thats me, and my husband Jake (The oldest of Kim’s 3 boys!) We got married in 2016 and we just knew we wanted to buy our first house ASAP. We found a perfect little BLUE foreclosure and got to work. Fast forward to 2020- we finally removed the last bit of baby blue from this adorable little house and we decided to sell it ….and then we immediately got the real estate/flipping bug. We are on to our second home now and doing the same thing- renovating and restoring the history and story of an old home.

Prior to becoming a realtor I was in banking for 6 years, and I found myself looking at homes online every single day. I was spending any extra time trying to imagine how you could fix up theses different houses and sell, or who in my family or friend group these houses could work for in. So in the middle of starting renovations on our newest fixer upper, I decided to go to school and get my real estate licenses in Connecticut and Rhode Island. With the nonstop support from Jake and my lovely Mother-In-Law/Broker Kim, it was time for me to take something I’m passionate about and jump all in.

Hi, I’m Kyla! I have lived in CT my entire life, but moved to the beautiful southeastern side when my husband, Luke and I got married in 2020! Luke is Kim’s youngest son!

Shortly after we got married, we bought our first rental property and worked with Kim as our realtor. I saw how she was able to guide us through the process and help us to make an intelligent investment. I quickly realized my desire to help people like me, who have never bought a home before, let alone use real estate as a way to build financial freedom! So, using my background in sales and marketing to my advantage, I decided to get licensed as a CT and RI agent, where I get to work with first time and experienced buyers, sellers, and investors on a daily basis!

Hi! A little bit about myself...I grew up near the beautiful coastline of Westerly, Rhode Island. My husband, Jared and I were able to call Westerly home for many years.
Over the following years, we moved between Rhode Island and Connecticut, building and buying real estate. Whether it was buying our first fixer-upper as newlyweds, or building our first house as our family grew, to caring for aging parents, our home buying needs have taught us a lot. All of these experiences have cultivated the desire in me, to want to help others find a home that’s perfect for them.

Well hello! My name is Lindsey and I live here in Westerly, R.I. with my husband Mark. I was raised in South Shore MA and moved to CT when we got married in 2007. It didn’t take long before I missed the shoreline. So we made the decision to move here in 2011, and it’s truly the best one we’ve ever made.

I’ve always been drawn to jobs that provide a service to people. As a teenager, I worked in the restaurant business for 5 years until I entered the dental field, where I have been for almost 20 years. I still currently work part time as a dental hygienist.

So, why Real Estate? Well, I’ve always had this sort of obsession with houses, starting even from childhood. The design, the style, the details, the architecture- I love it all. Fast forward to 2018 and it dawned on me- why don’t I combine my two passions? At that moment, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Isabella, and I am married to the middle child of Kim Malek. I was born in Phoenix, Arizona but raised in Tampa, Florida. Now I currently live in Pawcatuck CT, close to downtown Westerly.

Right before the pandemic, my husband and I invested in a run-down trailer located in Gales Ferry and flipped it throughout the pandemic to live in. Once we finished, an adorable single family home right down the street popped up. It was the perfect fixer upper. Long story short we are now on our third fixer upper and loving every second of it!! Who needs sleep?

Before becoming a real estate agent, I managed a window-washing company called “Sea Glass Window Washing” for 2 years in CT and RI. It was an amazing job that gave me the opportunity to really get to know the coastal area as well as the beautiful homes that reside there. But I am even more excited about my real estate journey!!
