Hello hello! Thats me, and my husband Jake (The oldest of Kim’s 3 boys!) We got married in 2016 and we just knew we wanted to get into real estate and house hack our first home as soon as possible. Kim helped us to find the perfect foreclosure and we got right to work flipping it with 0 money and very little experience. Over the next couple years we spent every extra minute outside of our full time jobs renovating our home room by room and reading as many real estate books as we could get our hands on. Fast forward to 2020 we finally removed the last bit of baby blue from that adorable little ranch and we decided to sell it and move onto the next project. To say we got the real estate and house hacking bug would be an understatement. We have now renovated several homes-even listing one of ours on Airbnb and becoming super hosts! 

 

Prior to becoming a realtor I was in banking for 6 years, and I found myself getting involved in the lending department and learning as much as I could about different loans and programs available to become a homeowner. I was looking online every single day at different houses and areas surrounding where we lived and becoming obsessed with following and learning about our local real estate market. So I decided to go to school and get my real estate licenses in Connecticut and Rhode Island to finally be able to put my passion and experience to use for others!

We have now renovated several homes, and ventured into property management for our short term / long term rentals, as well as becoming a local super host on Airbnb for multiple years in a row. To say we love our local community, would be an understatement!
