Jake Malek

Hey there,
My names Jake, I was born in Wakefield RI and grew up in southeastern CT. Since I was a kid, I’ve always loved to work. With a Mom who is in real estate and a dad who was in construction, I’ve pretty much always been in and around the business. I have worked mainly in construction since I was a teenager, from framing houses, to landscaping, site work, and even commercial construction for 6 years - and I really love all of the different aspects of it.
So one year after my wife and I got married, we decided to buy our first fixer upper. Over the course of 3 years we slowly completed our first full house renovation. In 2020 we decided to sell our first project and we have since bought and renovated multiple properties, really finding our passion for restoring old homes in our local community and helping others reach their real estate goals as well. All of the past few years of hard work and living in construction projects brought us to our current home. We liveaboard a 1986 Chris Craft Catalina, currently docked in Noank CT. We stay in our floating home for the summers and rent out our personal house to people traveling to New England in the summer! My wife and I really enjoy being on and around the water as much as we can. And by being flexible with our real estate goals we were able to achieve it in a way that makes sense. And we’re always on the hunt for another project! Not only is it our job but real estate is our passion. We LIVE for it and are actively navigating the market ourselves so we’re not just giving you advice from the sidelines- but we are putting our money where our mouth is.
